Investing In Our Students

Aaron has seen firsthand that despite the millions of dollars we’ve thrown at education, Michigan continues to rank in the lower half of states in our country. Our students are struggling to read, our high schoolers aren’t career or college ready when they graduate and teachers are facing burnout.

Secure funding for early reading programs, free breakfast and lunch, after-school initiatives and reliable public transportation to support well-rounded education for all students.

Support comprehensive approaches to education by investing in literacy coaches, social workers, counselors, Pre-K for All, and career-focused programs like CTE, Community College for All and the Michigan Reconnect program.
